Due to a number of large operational improvement initiatives we are looking to expand our management team with additional support to identify and deliver efficiency improvements across the business. We are actively seeking manufacturing management professionals that demonstrate a strong knowledge of food manufacturing operations (preferably within meat or short shelf life products), have a well developed management skill set including performance management, can demonstrate previous initiatives of reducing costs and increasing output as well as previous experience driving operational improvement outcomes.
These autonomous positions will be based at our Chullora site and will form part of the Manufacturing Management team. We are looking to speak to:

Our Chullora site currently holds above 800 factory staff across 2 shifts (6am – 2:30pm and 3pm – 11:30pm) and a night cleaning shift.
